DP to deliver luxury housing project in mid-2016

DUBAI, February 16, 2016

Dubai Properties (DP) said work on its luxury residential project Manazel Al Khor overlooking the historic Dubai Creek, is progressing well with about 70 per cent of the job already completed.

The development progress is on schedule and set for handover during the summer of 2016, according to a statement from the company.

Manazel Al Khor is located at the heart of Dubai and inspired by the UAE’s local architecture. It spans across an area of 255,000 sq ft, and is set between 3.8 km of promenade walkways and landscaped features.

Its unique contemporary design encompasses 98 residential units ranging from one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments offering spectacular views on the historical Dubai Creek, in addition to amenities for a modern-day luxurious lifestyle, and commercial and retail spaces.

Marwan Al Kindi, the executive director, sales and sales operations, said: "We are gearing up to handover Manazel Al Khor this summer as we are currently working according to the planned development timeline."

"The show apartment is now ready to welcome our customers to our first creek-side development," he added.

A major player in the region, DP is known for the development and management of prominent destinations across the emirate, including JBR, Business Bay, Culture Village and Dubailand.-TradeArabia News Service
