Seven Tides takes luxury Dubai lifestyle to London

LONDON, May 10, 2016

Dubai-based Seven Tides, in partnership with appointed sales agent Asteco, will showcase its luxury developments on Palm Jumeirah to the British investment community at the upcoming Dubai Property Show in London, UK.

Now in its second year, the Dubai Property Show will be held at the Olympia exhibition centre from May 13 to 15. Last year's show registered sales of more than Dh300 million ($82 million), and attracted almost 6,000 international high-net-worth (HNW) investors.

At the event, Seven Tides and Asteco will jointly promote the developer’s Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences Hotel Rooms project on Palm Jumeirah besides the Brit-themed Dukes Dubai development at exclusive property showcase.

Anantara property features a limited number of exclusive units still available for sale, with sizes ranging from 530 up to 650 sq ft, and a starting price of Dh1.3 million ($354 million).

"As one of just 35 exhibitors at this highly targeted event, this is a unique opportunity for Seven Tides to meet HNW investors face-to-face to showcase our Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences and Dukes Dubai residential projects," remarked Abdulla bin Sulayem, the chief executive of Seven Tides.

"The Palm Jumeirah continues to offer attractive returns as well as the ultimate upscale island lifestyle; and with hotel-managed rental options, it’s a fantastic addition to any investor portfolio," he added.

The duo will also showcase the Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences’ North and South buildings, comprising a selection of one-bedroom through to penthouse options.

A complete lifestyle experience is included with guests enjoying full access to the hotel’s exclusive facilities, which include a 4,000-sq-ft hitech gym, 107,600-sq ft of temperature controlled lagoon swimming pools, six world-class dining and entertainment venues and the Anantara Spa as well as housekeeping, at-home dining, laundry and childcare services.

The under-development British themed Dukes Dubai, to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2016, is 90 per cent sold.

"Dukes ‘Best of British’ lifestyle has led demand and we are thrilled to be taking the project back home to its English roots at the Dubai Property Show," said bin Sulayem.

"With just a handful of units remaining, and a starting price of Dh1.8 million, we fully expect these hotel-managed studio and one-bed units to be snapped up," he added.

Available on an investment-only basis, the Dukes Dubai collection of freehold, fully-furnished studio and one-bedroom hotel apartments range in size from 376 to 882 sq ft and are being marketed with the added bonus of a developer-backed ROI guarantee of 10 per cent for five years, stated bin Sulayem.

As part of the hotel-managed rental scheme, purchasers are also exempt from service charges, maintenance fees and utility bills for the first five yearsm, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
