UAE developer welcomes premium retail brands

ABU DHABI, May 22, 2016

UAE-based Al Forsan Real Estate said one of its flagship projects in capital Abu Dhabi, Al Forsan Village, is set to house several premium brands including Spinneys, Cheeky Monkeys, Grand Optics, Holland and Barrett, Al Manara, NBAD, Tilia Flowers and Chocolate, illy Cafe, JustKidding and Streat 9 Café.

Located in Khalifa City ‘A’ Area, Al Forsan Village is Abu Dhabi's first health-focused mixed-use development, said the developers.

These upcoming outlets will be located at the community’s vibrant retail destination known as ‘The Town Square’ which is spread across 15,000 sq m.

Rashed Al Qubaisi, the general manager of Al Forsan International Sports Resort, said: "Al Forsan Village is a development that aims to provide the best community living experience in Abu Dhabi. Its residents will now be able to conveniently access a vast pick of retail facilities at their doorstep."

"We are providing a perfect mix of retail outlets in addition to a bank to ensure that all the basic needs are taken care off within the community itself," stated Al Qubaisi.

"Al Forsan Village offers a range of townhouses, semi-detached and stand-alone villas as the architecture inspired by the historic city of Petra infuses strong design features with homely colours to interest prospective buyers. The community will also be home to a state-of-the-art five-star hotel," he added.

It provides a broad mix of accommodation types to suit different lifestyles and family requirements, from comfortable and easily managed apartments to truly substantial and luxurious detached villas for extended family living.

According to him, the retail space has been meticulously designed to meet a number of requirements which includes addressing the residents' retail needs.

"The planning of the project is developed on a series of concentric semi-circle housing arrangements, providing easy access to the retail destination and all its facilities," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
