Bloom to unveil landmark Dubai projects

DUBAI, September 4, 2016

UAE-based Bloom Properties is set to unveil its ambitious project ‘Bloom Heights’, which will come up at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) at the upcoming Cityscape Global expo in Dubai.

Located in the heart of new Dubai, JVC is a family-friendly development designed to provide a sense of community amid lush landscaping.

The growing master community has become a popular choice for both investors and residents due to its close proximity to major landmarks including Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, said a statement from Bloom Properties.

The community of JVC comprises a range of properties such as villas, apartments, townhouses, offices and retail supported by a wide array of amenities and services.

Ideally located in the master community, Bloom Heights offers easy access to all major roads and will consist of two high-rise towers linked internally by four podium levels.

The project will offer a total of 686 residential units ranging from studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at prices starting from Dh360,000 ($98,000). Bloom Heights is scheduled for completion early 2019.

Additionally, Bloom will highlight its Stella Maris Tower project in Dubai Marina that has been shortlisted by the 2016 Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets in the Residential – High Rise (Future) category.

Located at the southern end of Dubai Marina, the 52-storey Stella Maris Tower is a residential project that will feature 313 luxury apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses and penthouses.

The landmark project reflects the architectural vision of Dubai Marina, and offers scenic views of the harbour and the upcoming Ain Dubai project.

CEO Sameh Muhtadi said: "Cityscape Global offers us an ideal platform to build an enduring relationship with our clients and investors. Following a relatively busy summer, we will make some important project announcements during our participation in the event."

"With definite signs of resurgence in the domestic real estate market, we consider the event a unique opportunity to draw significant investor attention to our new projects and hope to engage with potential buyers and investors from local and international markets to forge productive synergies," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
