Dubai to set up new municipal offices complex

DUBAI, September 22, 2016

Dubai government has announced plans to build a new municipal offices' complex at the Hor Al Anz area in the city at a total cost of Dh104 million ($28.3 million), said a report.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and also chairman of Dubai Municipality, has given approval for the new complex, according to the state news agency Wam.

The move is part of the civic body's keenness to deliver the best of services to the public. It will also ensure an appropriate work environment for the service staff, it added.
