Knight Frank to unveil key projects at Dubai show

DUBAI, November 3, 2016

Knight Frank Middle East, the leading independent property consultancy, will be showcasing the latest in a series of new property developments at an exclusive private event in Dubai‎.

The launch event will be held at Jumeirah Emirates Towers‎ on November 4 and 5.

Knight Frank will be putting on display a high-profile project : The London Square: Staines-Upon-Thames, the smartest new address in at the heart of London’s growing commuter belt, offering investors access to the city’s dynamic and highly competitive residential property market.

The property offers excellent transport links across the capital and is less than 35 minutes direct from London Waterloo. Beautifully-designed studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, combining inspiring architecture, clever design and specification, and the highest standards of energy efficiency will be offered from £340,000 ($414,725), said a statement from Knight Frank.

With anticipated yields at 4.4 per cent, the development offers a unique investment opportunity in an area that has been experiencing exciting development in recent years, it added.

Victoria Garrett, the partner, Knight Frank said: "Our research has shown that investors are increasingly looking for markets that offer stable investments. The UK is one such market, but affordable opportunities in and around London are few and far between."

"This is why we are so excited about what Staines Upon Thames has to offer.  Its an attractive mix of high quality, great value and close proximity to some of the UK’s most scenic and historic areas. It’s a great location and London Square offers excellent value. It’s a smart investment for anyone looking at the wider London property market," he noted.

Staines Upon Thames sits on the doorstep of some of the UK’s highest performing Ofsted schools and Royal Holloway, University of London as well as its proximity to a growing community of multinational companies including BP, Baxalta, Samsung, Centrica, Wood Group Kenny, and Siemens.

“As an area, Staines Upon Thames offers a compelling combination of affordability and connectivity with a huge potential for excellent investment returns. During our roadshow, we’ll also be able to offer early investors an exclusive early bird investment package on one and two bedroom apartments,” explained Garrett.

Recent research findings from Knight Frank showed that Staines-upon-Thames represented a hugely undervalued market given its geographical location with values currently standing at 25 per cent below the average rent in London, she added.-TradeArabia News Service
