Alargan launches second phase of Al Waha project

MUSCAT, December 4, 2016

Alargan Towell, a leader in innovative housing products catering to investors’ needs, has launched the second phase of its Al Waha Project providing quality housing in Barka, Oman, a report said.

The 690,000-sq-m Al Waha residential community is one of the newest integrated residential projects including villas and apartments of various sizes, Oman Observer reported.

The integrated project features landscaped gardens, and commercial space, as well as schools, mosques and other amenities, it added.

“Coinciding with the release of the second phase, this new offer allows potential buyers a choice of land plots of various sizes, all at an affordable price,” Hisham Moussa, chief executive officer of Alargan Towell, was quoted as saying in the report.

In the first phase of the project, 83 per cent of the villas have already been sold out, he noted.

In the new project land plot prices start from RO14,500 ($37,500), with free villa design plans while residential villa prices start from RO53,800.

There is also a special offer on buying a villa and an additional land plot starting from RO64,900.

“We expect to see an increased level of interest in the remainder of the properties; especially with the option available to purchase a villa and an additional plot at the same project at the same time, which in itself is an unprecedented opportunity,” said Katia Muhiedin, head of sales, Alargan Towell.

“In order to facilitate the purchase process for property or land at the Al Waha project, we have partnered with commercial banks to provide our customers with easy financing solutions,” Moussa said.
