The Sterling ... to offer the best in luxury.

Omniyat unveils residential twin tower in Dubai

DUBAI, December 7, 2016

Dubai developer Omniyat has launched The Sterling, a luxurious residential twin tower in Downtown Dubai, in the shadow of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building.

The Sterling is close to the best that Dubai has to offer, thanks to its strategic location, said the Emirati developer in its statement.

It is less than 7 km away from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), 11 km from the Dubai World Trade Centre, 10 minutes from the upcoming Dubai Design District and just a couple of minutes away from The Dubai Mall.

The project comprises two towers – The East House and The West House – which offer a diverse selection of penthouses and one-, two- and three-bed apartments and townhouses.

The Sterling, which will include landscaped gardens, swimming pools, lounge areas, a gym and spa, offers fantastic views of Burj Khalifa, Mohammed Bin Rashid City and The Creek.

It is likely to be handed over to the owners in 2019, the developer said in a statement.

“The Sterling is constructed in an intelligent way that minimises the building's exposure to daylight, which conserves resources in an environment that requires high-energy use for cooling,” said a spokesman for Omaniyat.

It will offer a special disbursement scheme for The Sterling, accepting payments until 2022, he added.

The developer has been in operation for 11 years, during which it has delivered projects worth around Dh4 billion ($1.08 billion), with another Dh12 billion ($3.26 billion) projects in the pipeline.-TradeArabia News Service
