DUBAI, May 18, 2017

Greenline Interiors (GLI), one of the UAE’s leading interior design, manufacturing, and contracting company, has won contracts worth Dh130 million ($35 million) for two major projects in Dubai – Millennium Bay View Hotel in Business Bay and Jewel of the Creek in Deira.

A unit of the Greenline Group, GLI said it will be bringing superior custom interior designs, quality products and professional turnkey services to the hospitality and residential sectors as the city prepares itself for Expo 2020.

Samir Badro, the chairman and CEO, said: "Our company has a proven track record in delivering high quality craftsmanship and offering unique products that are both long-lasting and meticulously finished, and by bringing our expertise to these projects we are proud to be enhancing Dubai’s flourishing cityscape."

The scope of work for the five-star Millennium Bay View Hotel encompasses the joinery and fit-out works for 218 rooms. Millennium Bay View Hotel will bring a new, luxury hospitality offering to Business Bay – one of the most vibrant areas of Dubai, stated Badro.

At Jewel of the Creek, which includes four residential buildings located between Al Maktoum Bridge and Floating Bridge in Deira, GLI will be responsible for the comprehensive joinery and fit-out works for 333 furnished apartments.

Once complete, the residential apartments will offer tenants GLI’s signature high class finish, he added.

GLI was established in 1976 and has since grown into an international corporate network with offices in 10 cities across the globe.

It works in both the hospitality and residential sectors and has partnered with some of the finest hotel operators in the world to deliver a series of major projects.

The list includes the seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel, Grosvenor House II and Paramount Towers (all in Dubai), Arjaan Rotana and Sofitel in Abu Dhabi, Hilton and Fairmont Hotels in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Hotel de Vendôme in Paris, France, as well as 22 UAE royal palaces.

While Millennium Bay View Hotel and Jewel of the Creek will see GLI strengthening its presence in Dubai, the company is also currently negotiating further contracts that will further grow its impressive portfolio.-TradeArabia News Service
