Hassan Allam wins Egypt road contracts
CAIRO, July 19, 2017
Egypt’s state-run construction firm Hassan Allam has won a mandate to execute a number of road projects in Cairo and other governorates during the first six months of the financial year 2016/207, said a report.
The projects are estimated to cost around E£400 million ($22 million), reported Amwal Alghad, citing a top official.
"The new road projects aim to develop 14 new route networks linking different governorates," Atef Barbary, Hassan Allam's managing director for financial affairs.
A major player in Egypt, Hassan Allam had recently tied up with Crystal Lagoons to develop the $200-million Swanlake North Coast project near Cairo.
