Ellington launches second residential tower at MBR City

DUBAI, 19 days ago

Dubai's design-led boutique developer Ellington has announced the launch of the second tower of its Wilton Terraces project in Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City).

Ellington decided to bring Wilton Terraces II to the market in less than two months following the successful launch of the first tower, which saw an overwhelming demand from home-buyers.

Wilton Terraces I, the first of two towers, was designed for both young urban professionals and families, and offered one- and two-bedroom units in the dynamic neighbourhood that is set to play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of Dubai.

The second tower will also be built within the same complex. Just 3 km away from the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa, and Downtown Dubai, the development gives seamless access to all the business and recreational destinations the city has to offer.

Easy mobility and connectivity to all residents and visitors is what Wilton Terraces II provides being centrally located off Al Khail Road.

Set among captivating city views, Wilton Terraces II homes will appeal to investors and homeowners who value an unbeatable location and the highly aesthetic design ethos that Ellington brings.

The new project will also boast a luxurious recreational area, a swimming pool, children’s pool and greenery with barbecue area.

Robert Booth, the managing director of Ellington, said: "As we draw close to the end of 2017, the year has seen the property market remain buoyant. The market has also seen an increasing demand for design-led homes that will contribute to a quality lifestyle for residents and bring long-term value for investors."

"Since Wilton Terraces I generated extraordinary interest due to Ellington’s drive for high-quality and well-designed residential homes, we decided to fast-forward the launch of our second tower in one of Dubai’s newest and most sought-after residential districts - MBR City," he noted.

Joseph Thomas, the managing director for Ellington, said: "Designed to strengthen a sense of community among residents, Wilton Terraces’ amenities will provide an opportunity to interact, engage and entertain."

"The lobby will be transformed into a meeting space for residents and their guests, along with a host of other amenities such as a fully equipped gym with separate changing rooms and steam showers, and a children’s playroom," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
