Diyar Al Muharraq residential project work in full swing

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain, has announced that the infrastructure work within its major residential project Al Bareh is on target and well within its expected timeframe of completion.

Situated in a prime location in the west side of Diyar Al Muharraq, Al Bareh is a seafront development that wholly embraces the elements of nature in a seamless blend.

Al Bareh comprises three main products - seafront residential plots for high-end villas with fabulous waterfront views overlooking the main canal and that are easily accessible by road; inner residential plots, within walking distance to waterfront parks, appropriately positioned in the heart of Al Bareh; and residential investment plots, with access to parks and community facilities, designated for the construction of low-rise multi-storey buildings.

Cyprus Cybarco Tabet was appointed to undertake the infrastructure for the project, and started work by 2017-end, with the work expected to be completed in October.

Currently, the secondary infrastructure work within Al Bareh is going at a steady pace and is on track at 15 per cent, with the majority of deep services network being complete, said the Bahraini developer.

With a variety of freehold seafront offerings that cater to a wide range of customer requirements, Al Bareh is planned and designed to be one of the leading developments in Diyar Al Muharraq.

In line with the company’s efforts to carry out one of its most prestigious projects at a steady pace while maintaining its trademark high quality standards, the infrastructure work for Al Bareh is presently undergoing an impressively timed 12-month programme.

Diyar Al Muharraq said the Al Bareh plots are being offered for sale on a freehold basis to all nationalities.

Once the work is completed, the project will provide plot owners within the development with a complete infrastructure network, including roads, electricity, water, drainage and telecommunications.

Though Al Bareh was initially designed to provide customers solely with plots of land for the development of multi-storey buildings and villas, Diyar Al Muharraq has since planned to build 55 mediums and large-size villas itself within the project, which will be subsequently put up for sale as well.

The Bahraini developer has since started construction on two waterfront residential villas and two inner residential villas located in the centre of the project.

The show villas are scheduled to be launched in March 2018 for a public preview, while sales of the rest of the villas within Al Bareh will begin in April this year.
