BinGhatti starts work on $109m Business Bay development

DUBAI, February 25, 2018

UAE-based Binghatti Developers said it has started construction on Millennium Binghatti Residences, its first iconic project being built on Dubai’s Water Canal in Business Bay at a total cost of Dh400 million ($109 million).

The project, which consists of 230 different including the studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom apartments, will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, before the launch of the Expo 2020.

The building offers a number of hotel-inspired facilities with a plethora of facilities and recreational activities which ensures an enjoyable and prestigious lifestyle. The building also features direct views on the “Dubai Water Canal” and “Dubai Skyline”.
