Sheikh Sultan and Prince Khaled ... shaping the future of the Gulf
region’s real estate landscape.

Sharjah projects set for Bahrain expo debut

MANAMA, April 19, 2018

Arada, one of the UAE’s newest and most exciting developers, will be showcasing its property portfolio and also bringing a taste of Sharjah's real estate investment opportunities to the visitors of the upcoming Gulf Property Show 2018 being held in Manama.

A boutique showcase for the real estate and property development sectors in the Northern Gulf, the Gulf Property Show is being held under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, from April 24 to 26 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

In Sharjah, investments in real estate have shown increases in values for both freehold and long-term leasehold property. This upsurge in interest is due to the quality of developments and the investments returns with the added advantage of a residency permit for all nationalities in Sharjah.

Arada's reputation has contributed to this surge in Sharjah real estate. The innovative development strategy has been formulated by its founders who are two of the Gulf’s leading businessmen; Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, the chairman of Basma Group, and Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Alsaud, the chairman and founder of KBW Investments.

"Arada is devoted to fulfilling the growing consumer need for aspirational yet affordable living communities in Sharjah. We want to be one of the largest project developers in the Middle East; but we also want to set our standards first and then benchmark against those," remarked Sheikh Sultan.

"As a developer, we will never compromise on quality and delivery of our promises – this is how Arada will put its mark on the Middle East’s property development business," he added.

Prince Khaled said Arada aims to position itself as a hallmark brand for those looking to invest properties that offer tremendous end-user value.

"We are very excited to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the region’s real estate landscape. We are focused on doing so by creating new communities that will offer residents a dynamic living experience and investors a profitable opportunity to own a property on a freehold basis," he added.

Arada’s first two projects - Nasma Residences and Aljada - have proved popular amongst investors across nationalities living and working within the emirates. The latest announced  projects of Arada move the developer’s strategy towards adding value to its residential developments with an exciting hospitality vertical.

Arada and Emaar are jointly launching three big hospitality projects in Sharjah that will support the accommodation scene of the northern emirate. Address Aljada Sharjah and the Address Residences Aljada Sharjah are the big projects, to which the group will also add the 175-room Vida Aljada Sharjah along with Vida Residences Aljada Sharjah, he stated.

"These will be complemented by the 300-room Rove Aljada Sharjah,” added Sheikh Sultan.

Arada will be bringing all of these 'exciting' projects to the Gulf Property Show and also highlight the major investment opportunities available to the visitors, said the event organisers Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).

The strategic sponsors for Gulf Property Show 2018 are Diyar Al Muharraq, Manara Developments, Metropolitan Holding, GFH and Eagle Hills (Marasi Al Bahrain). In addition, the Diamond Sponsors are Residence Sharq and the Gold Sponsors for the event are First Bahrain Real Estate.

Gulf Property Show’s supporting organisations are the Bahrain’s regulatory real estate authority (RERA), as well as Survey and Land Bureau and Bapda (Bahrain Property Developers Association).

The Gulf Property Show takes place alongside two other major exhibitions – Interiors Expo and Gulf Construction Expo, continuing the success of the only integrated B2B and B2C platforms for the construction, interior and property sectors in the Northern Gulf.-TradeArabia News Service
