Fidu Properties opens second office in Dubai

DUBAI, September 17, 2018

Fidu Properties, a real estate brokerage company in the UAE, has announced the opening of its second office in Dubai. The new office, located at Emaar Square, is part of the company’s expansion strategy in the UAE.

The Chinese group had early this year opened its first office in Dubai and is now expanding its footprint amidst bullish trends in the UAE and regional real estate sector.

The Chinese presence in the Dubai real estate market is increasing with time with more Chinese investors and citizens moving into the UAE for living and working as well as tourism.

Fidu said the new office and expansion reinforces its commitment to the region and the strong growth potential it sees in the real estate brokerage sector. The brokerage aims to operate more branches across the UAE by 2020.

The company had recently concluded a transaction worth around Dh500 million ($136 million) with Emaar Properties.

Deniz Zeybek, the director of sales and marketing, said: "Fidu Properties is extremely bullish about the growth potential of the real estate sector in the UAE. Our new branch will cater to surging investor interests in the UAE as well as the regional real estate markets."

"Since our inception this year, Fidu has garnered an enviable reputation as the most reliable real estate brokerage company in the UAE," stated Zeybek.

"Dubai is among the leading investment destinations, particularly in the real estate sector which represents the cornerstone for Foreign Direct Investments into the country. As one of the trusted brokerage firms, we aim to leverage on this strong demand," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
