Imkan launches sale of AlJurf Gardens properties

ABU DHABI, February 19, 2019

UAE-based developer Imkan has launched the sales of its properties at AlJurf Gardens, a pristine coastal destination located between the emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

AlJurf, set in a prime location of existing natural beauty, along the Sahel Al-Emarat Coast, is the perfect respite from city life and just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of both neighboring cities, said a statement from the Abu Dhabi developer .

Comprising 293 residential villas and land plots, AlJurf Gardens’ facilities and amenities include unique residential communities and serviced residences, a world-renowned wellness clinic a private beach, a private marina and community center all situated amid abundant open spaces, it stated.

Scheduled for completion in 2021, AlJurf Gardens will be the first phase of the complete development.

The sales launch will take place today (February 19) and tomorrow at Imkan's headquarters, located in Mina Zayed, Abu Dhabi.

Once complete, the 370-hectare destination will comprise of three distinct districts - AlJurf Gardens, Jiwar Al Qasr and Marsa AlJurf, each with its own defining architectural characteristics, said the developer.
