UAE-based AA Real Estate Development has announced the sale of Villa Aurum, one of the five stunning villas within M.State, located on the tip of Frond M on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah.

With a Dh130-million price tag, it becomes one of Dubai’s most expensive private homes on the market, said a statement from AA Real Estate Development.
