Durrat Marina set to make Gulf Property mall event debut

DUBAI, October 8, 2019

Durrat Marina, a major waterfront development in Bahrain which is estimated to cost over $1.3 billion, will be making its debut appearance at the upcoming Gulf Property Show at The Avenues as strategic sponsors.

Gulf Property Show at The Avenues, organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), is the winter edition of Gulf Property Show, a boutique showcase for real estate sector in the Northern Gulf held every April.

The event will be held at the kingdom's top mall for the second year from November 6 to 9.

CEO Waleed Saffy said: "Durrat Marina is a marquee development in Bahrain. It is only fit and proper that our vision behind the marina-based luxury development should take a prominent role at kingdom’s premiere event for real estate promotion."

Spanning three artificial islands with open sea façades, the project comprises a variety of real estate options of residential waterfront villas, high-end apartments and land plots for sale which are all in close proximity to the operational and luxurious marina, he stated.

HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman said: "We look forward to the participation of Durrat Marina at the Gulf Property Show’s Mall edition. It will be offering a unique value proposition in lifestyle development."

"Visitors to The Avenues Mall will get to see Durrat Marina’s vision for the south of Bahrain," stated Abdulrahman.

According to Saffy, Durrat Marina would provide a coastal haven away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, providing a tranquil environment and laid back lifestyle perfect for the entire family.

Phase One of the project is on the verge of completion and is developed by both Durrat Marina and other well-known third party developers who have also shown interest in Phase Two of the project," added the top official.
