SSH-designed top Kuwait project set to tender new packages

KUWAIT, November 21, 2019

SSH, the design consultant for the Hessah Al Mubarak  district project in Kuwait, says Packages 8 and 9 of the mega mixed-use development have now reached the tendering stage.

"SSH is proud to work with Sheikh Salem Humoud Al Salem Al Sabah on the design of Hessah Al Mubarak, the first-ever comprehensive, mixed-use district in Kuwait," a statement said.

With its unique location overlooking the sea, and its proximity to the downtown business hub, the district promises its residents, as well as those who work there, an unprecedented experience. This urban cluster combines leisure, retail, offices and living areas with the assurance of delivering a quality lifestyle.

The total leasable built-up area of the Hessah Al Mubarak District will be 381,000 sq m, which includes 82 plots for residential buildings (high-, medium- and low-rise apartment buildings and complexes), serviced apartments, offices, clinics, health clubs, commercial activities, retail and food and beverage offerings.

Apart from quantity surveying, preparing tender documentation and delivering permitting and tendering services, SSH is carrying out design consultancy services, which encompass architectural, interior design, landscape, structural, civil and MEP engineering design for various plots located in different segments within the master plan.

“SSH is proud to be spearheading the high-end residential development sector of Kuwait at Hessah Al Mubarak District,” said project director Georges Riachi. “The SSH team has brought together a unique arrangement of distinctive expertise across the various building design disciplines to create several timeless landmarks that will enrich the developing skyline of Kuwait’s coast. We are delighted to be an integral part of this unique development and are excited to deliver an end result that will exceed our Client’s expectations.” -TradeArabia News Service
