Reportage starts early works on Dubai residential project

Abu Dhabi-based Reportage Real Estate Company said it has started preliminary works for Phase One of 'Rokan Lofts' project coming up in the Dubailand region in cooperation with the "Continental Investment" company.
 
The main construction work is set to begin in the first quarter of 2020.
 
A major residential project located in Wadi Al-Safa 7 near the Arabian Ranches, Rakan Lofts boasts about 349 residential villas including one- and two-bedroom units. It is situated near the most prominent shopping centres, golf courses and entertainment complexes and located close to Expo 2020 site,  
 
COO Abdullah Ahmed Suleiman said prices for the one-bedroom units start from Dh575,000 ($129,290), while eligible two-bedroom townhouse prices start from Dh895,000 along with registration fee of four per cent. 
 
"There is a flexible payment facility plan for project buyers under which buyers need to  only pay one per cent per month for 100 months," explained Suleiman.
 
"One-room townhouse and lounge area is 1,060 sq ft with 820 sq ft for the unit and 240 sq ft for the garden, and the land area is 650 sq ft, while the two-room townhouse and lounge area covers an area of 1,970 sq ft, of which 1,290 sq ft per unit and 390 sq ft the garden area, while the land area reaches 1,330 sq ft," he stated.
 
According to Suleiman, Phase One of the project is scheduled to be delivered by the second quarter of 2022.
 
Once all the phases get completed, Rakan Lofts will boast more than 1,300 residential villas.
 
The project extends over a total area of​ 3 million sq ft, consisting of more than 60 per cent of the open and green public spaces that create a comfortable home environment for the family, and the project was designed with great care to provide spacious green areas, cycling paths and walking paths, and various entertainment and service facilities
