SSH named lead consultant for Dubai Creek Beach project

DUBAI, January 29, 2020

Leading Dubai developer Emaar has signed up SSH, a leading master-planning, infrastructure and construction supervision company in the region, as the lead consultant for the third residential cluster within its Creek Beach District master plan.

Following the first two residential clusters launched to market within Creek Beach District, called Breeze and Sunset respectively, the third cluster has been named Bayshore.

Comprising elegant apartments with awe-inspiring views of the Dubai Creek Tower, Bayshore will enable its residents to sail, dine and enjoy the creative scene at the purpose-built social hubs of Creek Beach and Creek Marina, as well as the blissful serenity of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, said the statement from SSH.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments were especially designed to blend ample space with elegant living areas. A neutral colour palette throughout accentuates the dazzling views of Dubai Creek Tower or the lush private courtyards, it stated.

The new cluster will form part of Emaar’s Creek Beach District, an urban city set to provide a lifestyle experience unlike anywhere else in Dubai.

Flanked by the Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary, this waterfront development with spectacular views towards the Dubai skyline, it will act as an integral link between the Calatrava-designed Dubai Creek Tower & Plaza, and Creek Island Dubai developments within the Dubai Creek Harbour district.

SSH’s scope of work on the prestigious Creek Beach District master plan includes providing consultancy, architectural partnership, structural engineering besides providing building services.

The district will be built in two phases covering a total  gross floor area (GFA) of 343,700 sq m. Emaar is currently carrying out a phased rollout of residential clusters to market.

Once the project gets completed, the Bayshore cluster will offer elegant living lifestyle to its new homeowners, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
