Saudi-based real estate integrated consulting and development boutique firm Esnad has launched a new property management company, Esnad Management, in Bahrain that will provide end-to-end consultancy services in the kingdom.

A specialist in real estate consulting, development, and investment management, Esnad aims to serve serve the local needs of individuals, investors, and corporates through this new firm.

The team at Esnad Management holds a rich background in project management with over 15 years experience in delivering more than 3,000 units and 25 projects across the GCC, said the statement from the company.

Esnad is established with a mutual regional and multinational expertise in the real estate field and is commercially registered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

On the new venture, CEO Abdulrahman Alkoheji, said: “Our aim is to bridge the gap between the landlord and the contractor to ensure the success of the project.”
