Abu Dhabi Housing Authority names new director-general

ABU DHABI, April 9, 2020

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has issued a resolution appointing Basheer Khalfan Salem Al Mehairbi as Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.
 
A major player in the housing market, ADHA was established in 2012 to create housing schemes and initiatives to meet the needs of the citizens of the emirate. It boasts strategic co-operation with public and private sector partners. 
 
The Authority's remit is to work on the development and implementation of housing programmes for the citizens propose rules and legislations. 
 
It is also responsible for building and maintaining a central database of the citizens, and identifying tools and frameworks to engage the private sector towards the achievements of ADHA's vision and aspirations, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
