Abu Dhabi completes 250-unit Al Samha villa development

ABU DHABI, October 22, 2020

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has announced the completion of a 250-unit Al Samha residential develpment for Emirati nationals in the UAE capital. 
 
Part of the integrated Emirati Housing Communities programme, the 520,000-sq-m project includes 150 villas in Al Samha West region and 100 in Al Samha East. 
 
The project, built in collaboration with Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) at an investment of AED674 million ($183.4 million), was inaugurated by Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, in the presence of Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, and other council members.
 
The villas in the project are 497 sq m each in size, and include five bedrooms, a majlis, a dining room, two living rooms, a kitchen, a store room, a laundry room, a maid’s room, a driver’s room and other facilities.
 
Following the opening, Sheikh Hazza was briefed on the project’s infrastructure, including the construction specifications, design features, ‘smart’ fire detection sensors, and fire and safety systems to be installed in all 250 villas. 
 
Lauding the efforts of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and Musanada, he said: "Each of these units feature heritage design touches that reflect Emirati national identity and heritage. The Abu Dhabi housing projects reflect the leadership’s vision and commitment to providing high-quality housing that enhances the wellbeing of Emiratis in line with the highest international standards."
