Eltizam to highlight ‘road to recovery’ for UAE’s residential market

DUBAI, November 15, 2020

UAE-based Eltizam Asset Management Group has announced that it will shed light on the impact of Covid-19 on the trends and developments in the UAE’s residential market on the opening day of the Cityscape Real Estate Summit 2020, which opens tomorrow (November 16) at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

One of the leading asset management companies in the region, Eltizam is the gold sponsor for the first ever summit being organized by Cityscape.

The two-day event is aimed at providing a platform under one roof for investors, developers, analysts, government and legal professionals, consultants, and architects to tackle the sector’s challenges and co-create a new era of real estate, all in a safe and secure environment.

Nourah Shuaibi, the General Manager of Eltizam’s Get Wonky Corporate Culture, will provide insights on the short- and long-term impact of Covid-19 on the residential market and what the road to recovery looks like for this segment in the UAE.

As part of the panelists during the summit, Shuaibi will also discuss key trends and the most attractive investment options for investors and inform them of the ideal time to invest in a property, said the company in its statement.

CEO Chris Roberts said: "Eltizam Management Group has seen continued commercial and geographical growth following the awarding of significant new and renewed projects throughout our markets in the region."

"We hope to bring to light and share our experiences in the field even during these times of the Covid-19 pandemic. We are confident that this one-off edition of the Cityscape will provide an ideal platform for the industry to come together and find the way forward or the real estate sector in the UAE towards the post-pandemic era," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
