Cavendish Maxwell boosts regional presence with new Ajman office

AJMAN, 26 days ago

Cavendish Maxwell, a leading property consultancy and chartered surveying firm in the Middle East, has announced the opening of a new office in Ajman, which will enable it to offer bespoke services to its clients in the emirate.
The office, located in the Chamber of Commerce Building, Al Nakheel 2, Corniche, will give the firm an on-the-ground presence, and further build on its impressive roster of existing clients in the northern emirates.
The Ajman team is an extension of the existing Sharjah team, led by Yousir Habib, surveyor and head of business development for the northern emirates, said a statement from Cavendish Maxwell.
The broader team has dedicated Arabic speakers and possesses expertise in real estate valuation services catering to residential, commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, education and hospitality sectors, it stated.
Commenting on the launch, Partner and Head of Commercial Valuation James Cresswell, said: "We already have a presence in the northern emirates through Sharjah, and with the new Ajman office, we can provide increasingly focused and localised services to all of our clients there."
"The existing team has an impressive track record and we are confident that they will be able to scale the business in the northern emirates to new heights," he stated.
Habib said Cavendish Maxwell has carried out extensive work in the Sharjah real estate market and  witnessed exciting opportunities in Ajman as well.
"Real estate is a strong pillar of growth for the UAE economy and an integral part of the broader vision of the rulers to achieve overall economic and social development. We are pleased to be a part of this journey and look forward to extending exceptional and personalised services and develop lasting relations," he added.
The opening of the new office comes amid a strengthening of real estate prices and rents in many parts of the UAE. As such the demand for real estate consultancy services is only set to grow further, highlighting investors’ and end-users’ underlying confidence in the sector, said the company.
Cavendish Maxwell already operates in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Manama and Muscat, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
