KFH-Bahrain backs gender mainstreaming

Kuwait Finance House, Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) participated in the National Conference on Gender Mainstreaming as the golden sponsor of the event.

The event was held in Manama, Bahrain, under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and organised by the Supreme Council for Women.

The aim was to raise awareness and introduce the concept of gender mainstreaming. The conference also focused on the integration of the needs of women in the development process, and how to enhance the social programmes and plans of the government to accommodate such integration.

“KFH-Bahrain is delighted to be partnering the National Conference on Gender Mainstreaming and fully support this important initiative. Increased female participation in economic development is one of the key elements for economic success.
