Interested users can search for the new application in the Apple Store under the name Bahrain EDB, said a statement from the EDB.

It include interactive graphs and charts for 30 economic indicators, including gross domestic product, the labour market, trade, banking and finance, production, tourism and telecommunications.

Once installed, the users can compare Bahrain's position on 20 global economic rankings, read the latest EDB news and quarterly reports as well as share this information via Twitter and Facebook.
