Over 100 children attend Dolphinarium camp

Dubai, July 27, 2010

Over 100 children between the ages of 4 and 12 have taken part in the five-week Kids Summer Camp at Dubai Dolphinarium, which is now in its fourth week.

Since the camp’s commencement on July 4, campers have enjoyed a multitude of interactive classes, entertainment activities and arts projects. The highlights of the programme are the Dolphinarium’s Live Dolphin and Seal Show and the Dolphin Encounter, during which campers get an insight into the dolphins’ lives behind the scenes.

“Through a balanced combination of educational and entertainment activities, each child is challenged while having fun. Many children have discovered new talents, such as singing, art, and acting,” said Noli De Asis, the Arts & Crafts teacher at Dubai Dolphinarium.

Each child registered for the Kids Summer Camp receives a Posh gift hamper consisting of a limited edition designer bottle and a t-shirt, a Fun City voucher, a Hello Kitty voucher, a Cool Sun juice, and a Dubai Dolphinarium Free Child Entry coupon.

On Mondays and Tuesdays, Babyshop entertains the campers with a magic show, face painting and balloon bending. On Thursdays, Sanrio holds a drawing competition, and three lucky winners take home Dh250 worth of Babyshop gift vouchers every week.-TradeArabia News Service
