DP World, UAE Region has inaugurated its new leadership development programme (LDP) for Emirati executives among its senior management ranks.

This initiative is part of the premier regional port operator’s efforts to provide advanced management training to enhance the capabilities of the selected participants and prepare them for potential corporate leadership roles in the future.

The LDP is tailored to provide the participants with a greater breadth and depth of knowledge about DP World’s core business and equip them with holistic management skills.

A total of 48 candidates were selected for the 18-month long programme hand-picked from various departments of DP World, UAE Region.

“The LDP is our flagship programme to develop an exclusive talent pool to serve DP World, UAE Region’s strategic development needs,” said Mohammed Al Muallem, senior vice president and managing director, DP World, UAE Region.
