Getex to host 3 interactive forums
Dubai, March 14, 2011
Getex Dubai 2011, the leading education and training event, will host three dedicated interactive forums that are designed to boost the knowledge and networking potential of graduating students.
The series consists of the "Excellence in Engineering”, "Excellence in Business & Finance" and "Excellence in Medicine & Healthcare" and is open by invitation and pre-registration only.
Each of these forums will be hosted under the direction of leading Industry and Academic organizations with a mission to provide participants with an overview of project analysis, project planning, trouble-shooting and problem-solving.
Recommendations, assistance and advice on hiring processes will be offered as part of the programme. The event will serve as a networking platform between learners and future employers.
Anselm Godinho, managing director, International Conferences & Exhibitions (IC&E), organisers of the event, said: "The Excellence Forum series has been organised to provide a powerful platform where learners can boost their career prospects with the help of experts in key industries.”
“It provides an excellent opportunity for students and young professionals to evaluate their career choices as well as available academic programs that would enhance their prospects in the job market."
Getex 2011 will also feature the Global EDTech Forum, which will facilitate professional development, the sharing of ideas and skill building for over 400 teachers, schools leaders and faculty members on how technology can improve the teaching and learning experience.
Getex 2011, which will run from April 14 to 16 at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, will feature over 350 regional and international institutions that will collectively offer up to 2500 study options to an audience of over 30,000 visitors from across the region, a statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
