NBK honours top graduates

National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) recently celebrated the graduation of the second group of participants in the High Fliers leadership program, in partnership with the American University of Beirut.

"The next generation of leaders is the future of NBK. We are committed to identifying and developing our talented people so that in time they can guide the bank to even greater success,” said Ibrahim S Dabdoub, NBK Group chief executive officer.

"This program marks the start of what will be a continuing process to nurture and grow our young talent. I am delighted with the outcome of this program and look forward to seeing the participants moving into key leadership roles in the bank," added Dabdoub.

The High Fliers leadership programme, which covers topics such as finance, risk and people management skills, aims to provide NBK's future leaders with a wide range of leadership disciplines. – TradeArabia News Service
