Bahrain-based Serco Kanoo Training Solutions (SKTS) is now a City & Guilds approved centre, open for business and operating from the SKTS Training Centre in Seef.

After two years of building solid foundations to ensure the market offering is right and demand rather than product led, SKTS is set to facilitate the engineering of qualified human capital across the country.

"Working primarily business-to-business, relationships have been fostered, to gain global accreditations, ensuring SKTS aids the process of Bahrainisation through high skill training programmes," said SKTS training director Mike Horton.

"Currently our English language department offers an array of English language courses to suit the needs of the customer," he said.

"In addition, our engineering and safety department offers courses for aircraft maintenance engineers as well as training in human factors which has now become a mandatory requirement in many industries," he added.
