Alba launches leadership programme for staff

Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) has launched a leadership development programme for managers and executives aiming to strengthen the overall managerial core competencies among higher management staff.
The three-day Leadership, Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Thinking Styles and 360 Degree Feedback programme was inaugurated today (November 18) by Alba’s chief executive Tim Murray and will be conducted by Prof Richard L Daft of Owen Graduate School of Management.
The tailor-made programme will be delivered by Vanderbilt University (USA).
It will highlight topics such as: Leader Impact on Performance; Leadership Vision, HBDI Thinking Style exercise, Coaching and Mentoring and Developing Leaders with 360 Feedback, etc.
