Du launches 'cloud campus' for staff

Du, a leading telecom operator the UAE, has launched a cloud-based campus for its employees offering a premium source of educational opportunities with access to learning course content online from anywhere.
This unparalleled opportunity gives them the chance to not only develop their own capabilities, but to improve the future prospects of their children, too, a statement said.
The Cloud Campus course content is provided by Hamdan bin Mohammed e-University and Global Learning International, with a team of experienced tutors and support staff available to guide learners in the right direction. Users can also be awarded with official certification for selected courses.

1. Business courses: These are professional courses suitable for parents, managers and employees. Content is accredited by international professional organisations such as American Management Association, Leadership and Management Institute, and Project Management Institute.
2. Language courses: Mainly focusing on English Language for all age groups, based on Cambridge curriculum, preparing learners for the various levels of Cambridge exams. In order to facilitate better cultural understanding, interaction and assimilation of non-Arabic speaking du staff, Arabic language courses are available as well.
