Jotun hires young Saudis at career fair

Jotun Saudi Arabia has hired as many as 34 young Saudi nationals at the Yanbu Career Fair recently.
The hires are being trained for promising careers with the company, said a statement.
Dave Wright, managing director, Jotun Saudia, said: “Jotun is strongly committed to Saudisation and we are making a substantial investment in training and preparing new employees to work within the Jotun environment.”
“The 34 new hires have already joined our team and bring our Saudisation level up to more than 40 per cent. There are more employment opportunities to come as Jotun Saudia steps up its manufacturing and sales operations to meet the ever increasing demand for Jotun paints and protective coatings in Saudi Arabia,” he said.
Jotun’s commitment to training and employing Saudi nationals is part of the company’s belief in supporting the local society and strengthening its ties with the community in which it operates, he added. - TradeArabia News Service
