Skills International to hold career management forums

DUBAI, February 19, 2015

Skills International, a leading global talent transformation firm, will hold two informational conferences on career management solutions for professionals in Dubai next month.

The two conferences will be held on March 20 at the Dusit Thani Dubai Hotelat 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm, said a statement.

Rohail Khan, chief executive officer of Singapore-based SI Global Holdings, said: “Part of Skills International's global solution is to provide opportunities for professionals to gain international experience by opening doors in various international markets, including Canada.

"On January 1, Canada launched Express Entry, which some are calling ‘the most innovative talent recruiting pipeline in history,’ he said.

"No other country has come close to creating such an aggressive, ‘fast-track’ programme to attract the world's top professional talent."

The talent in the Middle East and North African (Mena) region is especially attractive to Canadian employers, according to Khan.

"Professionals in Mena have already proven their adaptability to different cultures and work environments through their success in the region. That's how Canadian employers know their adjustment time in Canada will be brief and their success rates will be high,” he said.

The professionals who attend one of the conferences ‘will be given an opportunity of a lifetime’ to explore career opportunities in Canada with Skills International as their trusted career management partner, said Khan.

"We help professionals get connected to the right high-paying jobs and careers while they continue to live and work here in Dubai or anywhere in Mena. Skills International's proven, end-to-end career management model provides very little risk with a huge financial upside for professionals anywhere in the world who want to start a career in Canada,” he added. - TradeArabia News Service
