Samsung Electronics Levant launches digital lab

Samsung Electronics Levant has launched the 'Samsung Digital Lab' in co-operation with Khawarizmi International Academy, to offer students the latest prospects and advancements of information technology at KI Academy.
 
Representatives and officials from both Samsung and the KI Academy attended the lab’s inauguration, as they reaffirm the importance of such joint projects and co-operation; for its advanced benefits and features which elevate students’ efficiency and build their technical abilities, to increase their competitiveness and employment opportunities in the labour market, said a statement.
 
Bumsuk Hong, president of Samsung Electronics Levant, said: “Samsung always strives to spread education by integrating advanced technologies and providing the latest tools and information technology products to develop the creative abilities and apply education on the largest number of students and experts possible.”
 
The students from different majors will get valuable opportunities to apply mobile applications to their specialty on Samsung’s smartphones and tablet applications, such as: art and design learners will use it for digital drawing applications using Samsung's stylus that has 'wacom' technology, while media learners will use it for digital content editing and enhancement for audio visual production, said the statement.
 
Samsung displays its keenness to providing the labour market with trained youth in the various fields, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
