GEMS opens new Indian school in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI, December 14, 2015

GEMS Education, a leading education provider has opened the GEMS United Indian School in Abu Dhabi. 
 
The new CBSE school is now taking registrations for students from KG1 to grade 10 for the 2016-2017 academic year and will expand its capacity in the following years, as well as extend to grades 11 and 12 as part of a natural progression, said a statement.
 
George Mathew, principal, GEMS United Indian School, said: “We are excited about the new school and know that we will be able to build upon the track record already created by GEMS CBSE schools in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Located in a purpose-built facility at 42nd Street, Baniyas West in Abu Dhabi, the school is within minutes of the city's arterial roads and will offer a high quality CBSE education to families in the capital, said the statement.
 
The school will be committed to providing an education that is exceptional in value, and places an emphasis on creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration, it said.
