Wojooh signs on as sponsor of Hadafi programme

DUBAI, December 15, 2015

Wojooh, a leading beauty retailer in the Middle East, has signed on as official sponsor of the Hadafi Women’s Entrepreneurship Program in Saudi Arabia, part of a wider regional initiative designed to reach, engage and support women entrepreneurs across the Middle East and North Africa (Mena).

Now in its fifth season, the Hadafi programme aims to promote economic growth and job creation across the Mena region by supporting, challenging and empowering women in order to transform their ideas and passion in to successful business ventures, said a statement.

Wojooh’s agreement to sponsor the Saudi Arabian leg of the programme highlights the organisation’s commitment to supporting aspiring women entrepreneurs.

Hadafi will serve as a platform for Wojooh to showcase its brand leadership and expertise through initiatives, both on and offline, designed to help participants of the program achieve success, growth and long term sustainability.

Frederica Tribuiani, head of Marketing, said: “Wojooh is proud to share a partnership with Hadafi and Potential, encouraging and opening doors for talented women with incredible opportunities ahead.

"We hope our contribution and love for beauty can inspire and resonate with women and motivate them to pursue their own passions.”

Throughout the duration of the programme, Wojooh will also be delivering a series of workshops and seminars, as well as offering its extensive insight, advice and hands-on training to participants in order to help them effectively build their business.

The Hadafi programme follows the blended learning model, combining an ever-growing library of online learning resources, tutorials and webinars as well as access world-class business training and support in the form of live workshops and events, all specifically designed to empower women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, insight and skills needed to develop and refine their business plan.

After completing the initial training, participants are then asked to submit their full business model for consideration. From there, a panel of judges will review every submission and select the top 10 most promising ventures from each country.

The semi-finalists will then go on to receive personalized coaching and advice from industry experts in order to help them refine their business pitch in preparation for the Hadafi finals.

The programme will culminate with a live, regional awards ceremony in Dubai, where finalist from each country will be invited to pitch their venture before an exclusive panel of judges, business experts and investors for a chance to be crowned Hadafi champion, win cash prizes, exclusive gifts, and recognition for their achievements, as well as ongoing incubation and mentoring for their ventures. - TradeArabia News Service
