Kalbian Hagerty ropes in top corporate lawyer for prime US job

US-based Kalbian Hagerty, a boutique international general practice law firm with offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, said Imad S. Ayass has joined its downtown Washington, DC office as Of Counsel to the firm.
 
Ayass is a well-respected international corporate lawyer with more than 24 years of experience in the United States, Europe, and the Gulf countries. 
 
Ayass earned his BS degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and his JD from Whittier College School of Law. 
 
He is admitted to practice in Washington, DC and California. He is fluent in English and Arabic and is at an advanced level in Spanish.
