Al Faisaliah launches Friday brunch
Riyadh

Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel, has launched the best brunching experience in Riyadh.

Renowned for its exquisite levels of service and world-class cuisine, the Friday Brunch at Al Faisaliah Hotel will bring taste buds alight as an array of international chefs, overseen by executive chef Wolfgang Eberle, come together to blend the finest ingredients from around the world.

Diners become as involved in the art of producing intense dishes as possible with a number of live cooking stations, which include fresh pasta, sushi and an oyster bar.

The Brunch at Al Faisaliah sees all the continents’ best food under one roof – from traditional Arabic Mezzeh to Asian dim sum and curries as well as the best from Europe in Spanish tapas to Italian risottos.

The brunch, which costs SR250 ($67) per person plus 15 per cent service, includes unlimited non-alcoholic champagne and caters to the whole family.

Children under six years old dine for free, while 6 to 12 year olds pay half price.  The play area, replete with arts and crafts, toys and entertainment is offered free of charge.

“We understand the emphasis families place on dining and eating out in the Kingdom,” said managing director of Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel, Wolfgang Pachler.

“The Brunch at Al Faisaliah Hotel has been designed to ensure every member of the family has fun and gets to experience an explosion of flavours.”

The award-winning hotel, which forms a towering centre piece amid the exclusive shops, residences and businesses of Riyadh’s Al Faisaliah Centre, is most famous for its culinary excellence and spectacular dome restaurant, The Globe, which gives dramatic views across the city. – TradeArabia News Service
