Starbucks' coffee treats for Ramadan
Dubai

Starbucks will celebrate Ramadan across its stores in the Middle East, by offering its unique ‘Anniversary Blend’ coffee along with the traditional ‘Arabian Mocha Timor’ blend.

Known for its extra bold taste, the ‘Anniversary Blend’ was introduced in 1996 to celebrate Starbucks 25th anniversary of roasting the world’s finest coffee, according to a statement.

The ‘Anniversary Blend’ and ‘Christmas Blend’ are the only Starbucks coffees that contain aged Indonesian coffees. It carefully ages coffee, especially for these blends. Arabian Mocha Timor also offers a bold taste combining coffees from Yemen and East Timor, with sumptuous berry notes.

“There is no better way to welcome the holy month but with the Traditional Arabian coffees coupled with delicious pastries – a perfect treat you can enjoy after breaking your fast,” said Rana Shaheen, CSR & communications manager, Starbucks Middle East & Egypt.

Ramadan pastries at the store include the ‘Fig and Coconut Bar’, the ‘Pistachio Delight’ and the ‘Date and Apricot loaf’.

The coffee beverage for this month here is the classic Iced Caramel Macchiato, a sweet, indulgent treat, available hot as well, said an official.

An array of coffee merchandise including a collection of Anniversary Blend products, Seasonal and Coffee at Home products will also be available across Starbucks stores exclusively during Ramadan.-TradeArabia News Service
