Aesthetica Clinic ties up with Prof Fournier
Dubai, June 9, 2008
Aesthetica Clinic, the result driven, evidence based and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures clinic that has created waves in Dubai for its highly ethical standards and innovative treatments, has affiliated with Professor Pierre Francois Fournier.
The affiliation was announced at a special luncheon function at The Capital Club in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Internationally acknowledged as the founding father of Aesthetic Medicine, Professor Fournier is one of the most renowned experts in this field. He began his illustrious journey into the world of medicine at the Faculty of Science and Medicine at the University of Paris in 1946.
A post graduation in surgery followed, which laid the foundations for a career which made him famous throughout the world. Professor Fournier is a firm believer in rejuvenation with Minimally Invasive Procedures which allows for the ‘young to stay young’. The multi-faceted professor is also an award-winning surgeon and author.
His philosophy towards reversing the effects of aging and skin rejuvenation strike a familiar chord with the core values of Aesthetica Clinic. At Aesthetica Clinic, the principle is that aging is optional and may be significantly retarded and reversed by an integrative approach, employing minimally-invasive treatment options for both facial and body contouring.
Most significantly, these procedures yield natural results, are long-lasting and can be repeated as and when needed. By using revolutionary treatment methods like filler injections and laser therapy, these minimally invasive procedures pioneers, have redefined anti-ageing treatments by using the body’s own resources to restore youth and vitality to the face and body.
“As an honoured member and a mentor to the clinic on an on-going basis, Professor Fournier will bring in years of experience and international acclaim that is sure to add a new dimension to the clinic’s popularity,” said by director of Aesthetica Clinic Dr Maria Angelo–Khattar.
“We share the same opinions and values when it comes to minimally invasive procedures, and more than us, the major beneficiaries of this affiliation are going to be the people of the region who will benefit from the experience imparted by one of the founding fathers of the field,” she added.
The event included a presentation and a brief question and answer session with Professor Fournier and Dr Khattar, giving those present an insight into the secrets of anti-ageing treatments. – TradeArabia News Service
