The GMC Hospital, Fujairah, has celebrated its second anniversary.

A ceremony was hosted to mark the event on June 22. It was attended by president and founder, GMCA, Thumbay Moideen and Dean Prof Gita Ashok Raj and Red Crescent cfficials.
 
The GMC, promoted by Thumbay Group, is presently the biggest private healthcare provider in the region. It has added a new dental, ophthalmology and dermatology units.

The GMC will also soon add a 24-hour pharmacy, laboratory and radiology services with a new CT scan unit. The hospital has also introduced GMC Gold Health Card which offers huge discounts to patients, said an official spokesman.

The GMC is supported by GMC Hospital, Ajman, which now has approximately 250-bed capacity with more than 80 OPD clinics.

GMC Hospital and Research Centre is an integral part of Gulf Medical College and is the first private teaching hospital in the UAE promoted by the Thumbay Group.   – TradeArabia News Service
