Bahrain cold snap to continue

Bahrain's cold snap is set to continue for the next few days, according to meteorologists.

A Civil Aviation Affairs Meteorology Directorate official said temperatures were expected to rise to a minimum of 14C by Thursday. "The wind velocity is also expected to be between five and 10 knots by then," he said.

Bahrain was battered by winds of up to 30 knots on Saturday and temperatures dropped as low as 8C on Monday.-TradeArabia News Service
