Big demand for Bahrain health expo

The Fourth Annual Health and Wellness Expo 2014 is receiving a huge response with exhibitors snapping up most of the stands.

Bahrain Exhibition and Convention Authority (Beca) reported yesterday that there are only a few stands remaining for the expo, said the report in the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

The event, organised by Beca, will be held from April 15 to 17 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre in 3,000 sqm exhibition area.

The key exhibitors include the Health Ministry, Royal Bahrain Hospital, Health Watchers, Al Kindi Specialised Hospital, Carlton Nutrition, Home Health Care Centre, Quality Systemtechnik, Al Baraka, Bahrain Wellness, Al Hasan Herbs House, Crowne Plaza Bahrain, Delmon Optic, Hasan Mansouri, Manama Medical Equipment, Bahrain Specialist Hospital, AMA Sports, Rodana International, Dr Abdulaziz Medical Complex, Haffadh Dental Hospital, Al Hilal Hospital, Diet Delight, Awali Hospital, Ibn Nafees Hospital, Diet Mealz, Sofitel Bahrain, Hiba Hospital and the US Embassy.

The event will feature free seminars, which will educate visitors on food and health safety.

Live fitness demonstrations will be held throughout the three-day event including sports, dance and new exercise techniques.

The expo has the support of Industry and Commerce and Health ministries, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Tamkeen as strategic partners. Other key partners include National Images, Fitness First Middle East and Leaders Institute for Training and Development.

The exhibition and accompanying shows will be open daily from 10am to 7pm. Admission is free.-TradeArabia News Service
