It has been set up with the best in class equipment that will allow ladies to work out freely in the private environment of a ladies only club.

The club will offer a variety of exercise options to offer including weight training, yoga, cardio and group exercise, to suit individual tastes and demands. It also boasts an outdoor swimming pool.

The Fitness First at Al Barsha, Dubai, is also a Platinum tiered club for both men and women but with an exclusive ‘Ladies Only’ facility. The clubs also offer Fitness First’s signature MyZone, an innovative tool to track, measure and review workout progress. It is a device and a motivating tool in the form of a belt, which records real time measurement of indicators in applied efforts.

Praveen Bhatnagar, CEO of Landmark, said: “We are now 57 clubs strong in the Middle East now. It’s exhilarating to map so many regions in the nation to allow our members the convenience to work out whenever and wherever they want. It’s rewarding to know that people are getting health conscious and are acknowledging the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. That inspires us to take charge of our members’ health and offer them innovative exercise methods in a premium environment with the latest innovation in the fitness industry” - TradeArabia News Service
