ABU DHABI, July 25, 2016

The UAE Ministry of Economy has signed a cooperative agreement with Al Sharq Hospital in Fujairah, UAE, to facilitate the provision of medical services and treatment for ministry employees.

The agreement forms part of the ministry’s efforts to build effective partnerships with various organisations from both the government and private sectors, said a statement.

The agreement was signed at the ministry’s headquarters by Youssef Issa Al Rifai, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at the Ministry of Economy, and Ahmed Ali Al Hafiti, the deputy executive-director of Al Sharq Health Care group.

Under the terms of the agreement, Al Sharq Hospital will offer specially-priced consultancy and therapy packages to ministry staff with discounts ranging from 20 to 50 percent.

Al-Rifai said Al Sharq Hospital is recognised for its efficiency and further pointed out that the signing of the agreement is in line with the ministry's commitment to strengthening relations with its partners to positively impact the local business climate and promote the collaborative development and welfare of the community while fostering happiness and optimism. - TradeArabia News Service
