Dr Batra’s Homeopathy, one of the world's largest chain of homoeopathic clinics, launched their first clinic in Abu Dhabi on World Homeopathy Day, April 10. 

 

Dr Mukesh Batra, Padma Shri recipient for medicine (Homeopathy) and India’s leading homoeopath, founded Dr Batra’s Multi-Specialty Homeopathy as a patient-driven institution in Mumbai in 1982. Dr Batra’s has over 1.5 million patients globally with a success rate of 91 per cent as authenticated by American Quality Assessors, said a statement.

 

Commenting on the launch, Dr Akshay Batra, vice-chairman and managing director of Dr Batra’s Group of Companies, said: “We have seen a rise in demand for homoeopathy in recent years. With patients looking for holistic healthcare options, we are delighted to announce our foray into Abu Dhabi.”

 

Homoeopathy is the second largest system of medicine in the world, according to the World Health Organisation. It is practised in 86 countries and is consumed by over 200 million people globally. France is the largest contributor to the homoeopathy market, followed by Germany.

 

Homoeopathy works to eradicate the root cause of ailments as opposed to just providing symptomatic relief. Moreover, homoeopathy offers treatment that is holistic, safe, cost-effective and non-invasive.
